Villa Rotger is a country house that enjoys an exceptional location as it is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of the center of the town of Pollensa. The villa, comfortable and completely traditional in style, has large outdoor areas with a wide variety of plants, shrubs, flowers and fruit trees. The pool area is spacious with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The material barbecue is another detail worth highlighting as it is ideal for those who enjoy cooking outdoors in a totally relaxed environment full of nature. Some steps give us access to the main door, which takes us directly to the spacious living room equipped with satellite television and traditional furniture. The separate kitchen consists of a hob with ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezer compartment. It should be noted that the kitchen also has access to a terrace where a bathroom with a shower is located. The house also consists of a double room and two doubles, which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hot/cold air conditioning units (which, in line with local energy savings and efficiency initiatives, have scheduled use from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.: 00). From the living room you can access the covered terrace with views of the pool. In general, the house is ideal for those who want to be in a quiet environment but do not want to depend on the car, since the town of Pollensa is right next door.
