On the ground floor there is the living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace as well as a living room with a large table, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is the main room with a double bed and terrace with views of the mountains. Two other rooms and a bathroom complete the floor.The second building, next to the pool, houses a perfectly equipped kitchen, has a dining table for 10 people. On one side we find a complete bathroom.The pool, surrounded by sun loungers, has beautiful views of the lower garden and a large barbecue with a table for 10 people and umbrellas.Comfort and services:Garage, Air Conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, Highchair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Stove, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer. Fully equipped with sheets and towels.Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kw - to be paid on departure.Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
