Villa Alexandria is a very special villa that is located just 300 meters from the stunning Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, as well as having numerous restaurants and bars also within a similar distance.
The property has a large grass area on one side. The pool is at the back of the house, and next to it there is a fantastic barbecue area, ideal for dining outdoors before going for a walk through the center of this quiet and cozy place that is Cala San Vicente. . The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the rear terrace.
The villa has managed to retain a traditional touch, to which modern touches have been tastefully added. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). There is a beautiful and spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with doors leading out to the pool area. In short, it is an ideal option for those families who want to have everything at hand, but maintaining their privacy and independence.
