Finca Can Cladera is situated in the middle of a lovingly tended Mediterranean garden (with orange, lemon, apricot and fig trees). This two-storey holiday home offers three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. Decorated in a bright and friendly style, Finca Can Cladera is an oasis of peace and serenity. You can play table tennis, relax at the pool or enjoy an evening barbecue during your stay.
The villa has a private pool and is situated between Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. In Puerto Pollença and Alcudia Bay, you will find sandy beaches that slope gently into the sea, making them perfect for small children. There are also restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beautiful weekly markets where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables. Villa Rental Majorca is perfect for a family vacation. In 2023 the Villa has been refurbished.
A deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be refunded before departure, minus any damages incurred. In case of excessive use of the air conditioning, electricity will be charged according to consumption. 230 kWh/ week are included.
