I had my grandbabies in town for Christmas, we were going to enjoy the pool and the hot tub on Christmas Eve which also happens to be my birthday. The hot tub was closed. The pool was SO cold. The room next to us had the TV playing so loudly ALL night long & the people were up talking loudly none of us really got any sleep. When we finally were able to sleep, my youngest grabdbaby woke up STARVING AND BADLY needing milk at 915am , we went to the breakfast room to find out they close breakfast at 9. I couldn’t even get milk for the baby or the coffee in my room. Overall is was a pretty disappointing experience this time around and on Christmas Eve non the less, I hate being that person but it was pretty miserable.

Hot tub was broken.. assistant general manager was rude… room was semi clean but hair on pillows and bed then pur second night they put a family with three kids rt above us and they were running back in forth for over 6 hours then the next morning at 630 am

The staff are very friendly, the hotel smelled new, the rooms were spotless and spacious, the full breakfast was delicious, and during the off-season the parking lot was nearly empty when we arrived each night.
