Fully renovated in 2017, the property features tasteful furnishings and décor throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that is both comfortable and refined.

On the ground floor, you will find an open living and sleeping area complete with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, and satellite TV. A separate open living and dining room features a dining table and a kitchen corner, with direct access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor is an additional room furnished with 1 single bed (80 cm) and 1 French bed (160 cm). 2 shower and WC bathrooms are located on this level to serve the ground floor accommodation.

On the upper floor, 3 bedrooms are arranged to comfortably host your group. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed (160 cm), the second bedroom features 1 French bed (160 cm) and benefits from a private shower and WC en suite, and the third bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds (80 cm). A well-appointed kitchen and living room on the upper floor includes a dining table, oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A further shower and WC bathroom is also available on this floor. Please note that internal connecting doors between the separated properties are not available.
