The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 240 m² air-conditioned house in Pomérols to rent for up to 10 people. It has a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

On the 1ᵉʳ floor: (fully air-conditioned)

- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)

- A shower room with shower and WC

On the 2ᵉ floor (fully air-conditioned):

The house is ideally located in Pomérols, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities
- A tennis court is 100m away.
- The wide-open spaces of the vineyards for running or cycling.
- Visit the wine cooperative.
- Visit the town of Pézenas and its historic centre with the "mirondella".

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.

- Nearest airport: Béziers Cap d'Agde airport, about 23 minutes by car.
