Discover this superb holiday apartment with indoor pool and sauna, 10 km from the beaches and Saint-Brieuc. This magnificent and tastefully decorated villa is located between the Emerald Coast and Penthièvre with its magnificent beaches at the exit of the small village of Pommeret.

Perfect for a nice swim, whatever the weather, a heated and covered pool with a magnificent view of the countryside awaits you. Other activities for your holidays: a bowling alley, a veranda and a sauna.

Discover Saint-Brieuc with its exquisite stone façade, half-timbered mosaics and a stroll through the harbour of Légué, which opens onto the famous bay. Take the coastal path (GR 34) to reach the cliffs of Pordic, the dunes of Bon Abri, Anse aux Moines or the long beach of Rosaires.

Het is een ouder huis van een doe-het-zelver. Verschillende schakelaars die niets lijken te doen en kabels op vreemde plaatsen. Het is ook niet echt een vakantiehuis, je bent op bezoek bij iemand thuis. Delen van het huis waren afgesloten en her en der waren er persoonlijke items zoals foto's. De slaapkamers waren ruim maar de bedden veel te klein voor 2 volwassenen. De badkamers (2) waren in orde. De keuken was dringend aan een upgrade toe. Zowel de kasten als de apparatuur en het keukengerei waren afgeleefd of kapot. De borden stonden vuil in de kast. De koelkast en vriezer waren wel zeer goed. Met water en ijs dispenser. Zeer handig op hete dagen. Het salon was voor ons ok (3 personen) maar voor 5 zoals geadverteerd, is het te klein. Er waren max 4 zitplaatsen. Internet was aanwezig maar viel 2x uit die week. Router opnieuw opstarten was dan de oplossing. Internet was niet snel maar voldoende om te streamen. De grote troef was het zwembad van ca. 36m². Onder de grote serre verwarmde het water zich tot ca. 30C op een zomers hete dag. In de serre liep de temperatuur wel op tot boven 45C maar de ramen konden open om te verluchten. Parking was er voor de deur, naast het huis en in de garage. De buurt is heel rustig. Te rustig. Er is niets zinvol in de omgeving, op een broodautomaat na maar dat brood was niet lekker. Op een kleine 10 min rijden vind je in Yffiniac wel voldoende winkels. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk maar het verblijf was te duur.

Location agréable et complète.

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et avons résidé durant une semaine. La piscine couverte est un atout en cas de journée plus fraîche. La location est complète et bien équipée. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce lieu proche des axes pour visiter le nord de la Bretagne.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, même si le temps n était pas au rendez-vous nous avons pu profiter de la maison et de la piscine. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute.
