Excellent location. Excellent room Helpful and courteous staff at check in and check out. Breakfast needs improvement. There was only oatmeal as a hot option. Other than that, there were bagels, assorted rolls, and cold cereals. Please offer hot options like eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, and--very important--fresh fruit. There was no fresh fruit at all. Other hotels like La Quinta, Holiday Inn Express, Days Inn, Fairfield, and others, offer hot breakfast options and fresh fruit. Put some apples, oranges, and bananas out for guests, please. The pool looked beautiful, although I did not use it. Great convenience store with gas station just next door. Room was excellent. Very secure and safe. Only thing is because it's a casino is that the2 front lobby is horribly stinky from cigarette smoke. It was nauseating and overpowering. Please look into an upgraded air filtering and cleaning system. The hotel itself is wonderful. No smoking allowed in hotel room section. But, walking through the stinky lobby is a definite negative.

The rooms are just outstanding. Having a sitting area seperate from the beds was very nice. Reserved a king size bed but was told only 2 doubles was available. Was told that was the only option. Somewhere something got crossed.

We have stayed close to 20 nights there over the past 2 years with our daughter at NOC. Up until this time the prices had been very competitive and facility was clean. This time you did make a change in dates due to a health issue of my husband and I flew instead of driving- which I appreciate. However it was close to $700 for 2 nights. Room felt dirty- like I needed to wear shoes in the room. Did not receive any cleaning of room and had to ask for additional towels. For that price I should have received cleaning. Disappointed in the overall stay as it was not what I am used to in the past- she graduated Saturday so not a good way to end our time in the area.

Even though the hotel rooms are nonsmoking the attached casino is not. There isn’t good air filtration so the rooms still smell of smoke. The second night was like someone was smoking in the hotel. The coffee at the breakfast area was awful, the orange juice tasted strange and the choices weren’t great from breakfast items.
