Casa d’Eva Apartment with Mountain View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Casa d’Eva welcomes you to Pont-en-Royans, in the heart of one of Isère’s most beautiful villages. This 82 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, the other with 2 single beds. A travel cot (without sheets) is also available in the closet with the water heater. The bathroom features a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, oven, stovetop, fridge, and all necessary dishes and utensils. You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, electric heating, a fan, a TV, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator).



Outside, enjoy two private balconies with mountain views. The apartment is just a few meters from the river.



Parking is available on the street, especially near the Water Museum. Parties are not allowed. Please note the apartment is near a busy street and village events may take place during summer. Before departure, please remove all food you brought, take out the trash, strip all beds, leave bath towels in the bathroom, close the shutters, and turn off all lights.



The apartment is in the center of Pont-en-Royans, famous for its hanging houses, Water Museum, and exceptional natural setting. You’ll be ideally located to explore the Vercors Regional Natural Park, the Gorges de la Bourne, and the Choranche Caves. Nearby: swimming, horse riding, hiking, cycling, and local markets. In winter, ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away.
