Curieusement l’hôtel ne savait pas que j’avais déjà réglé la chambre près de deux mois plus tôt, ce qui m’a conduit à devoir repayer la chambre et ensuite à faire des démarches pour prouver mon paiement en vue d’être remboursé.

Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas mettre moins de 1 étoile. Entre le restaurant et la chambre le week-end a coûté environ 160€. Arrivés dans la chambre odeur de tabac froid, de canalisation. La salle de bain/ toilette dans un état déplorable. Les draps ne sentaient pas le propre. Mouches mortes au sol, cafetière de la chambre avec des moisissures dans le bac à eau. Cerise sur le gâteau chargeur de portable oublié dans la chambre après 3jours de tentatives de réponse si oui ou non le chargeur était oublié…. La réponse est oui mais on ne fera pas d’envoi car pas le temps de se rendre à la poste. La poste se situant à 1min de l’hôtel le service clientèle après 160€ déboursé est assez impressionnant…

En dehors de la serveuse de la brasserie voisine qui nous a confié la clé le premier soir, nous n’avons vu personne. Aucun ménage entre les deux nuitées et lit même pas refait.

Séjour simple et efficace

J'ai été très bien accueillie par le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant. La chambre, malgré un age avancé, était décorée de manière sobre et moderne avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement était un peu bruyant pour moi jusqu'à 23h30. En plein cœur de la ville. Le personnel est sympathique et soucieux de votre bien être.

Décevant.

Un manque cruel de professionnalisme pour la gestion de cet hôtel. La réception se fait au bar où les serveurs et serveuses (très sympas) ne sont pas forcément au point (difficulté à récupérer les clefs etc…). Surtout, nous avons dû payer deux fois la chambre avant d’être remboursé finalement après avoir dû prouver longuement l’erreur… Nous ne reviendrons pas.

A éviter

1ere chose : 1 seule nuit passée dans cet établissement : la chambre a été facturée 2 fois alors que nous dînions sur place ( donc possibilité de défalquer du prix du dîner). 2 semaines d’attente pour obtenir une facture afin qu’hôtel.com puisse me rembourser. 2eme chose : chambre au 3eme étage avec ascenseur en panne (non précisé) et chambre horrible (voir photos). On ne demande pas un super grand luxe mais pour 1 3* c’est un minimum !!!
