Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private island! Must stay!

A very nice hotel with great staff and in a great location to explore Ponta Delgada. Rooms were clean and bright, breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again on our travels.

Great place to stay! Close to everything and right across from the marina. Attentive staff and clean property. Front desk helped rent us a car and with securing a taxi. Only complaint the hot tub not working. Otherwise 5 stars all around. Would stay again. Lovely suite.

This hotel is a must stay on Sao Miguel Island. The location is perfect, hotel staff that go above & beyond to make sure you hav everything you need. The views of the ocean from the room is worth it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We had an amzing stay. When we had some minor issues with the room the staff was so easy and ready to fix the issues. Even though we didnt mention it, We where also very surprised to find a bottle of champagne in our room for my wifes birthday. It was an amazing stay

Great Stay

This is a nice hotel in a good location and we enjoyed one night's stay there. We had lunch twice and found the food to be very good.
