Juan's place was incredible - stunning views of Ponta do Sol's majestic coastline and ocean. The house is clean and well fitted out to cook a good meal- it's also only a 10 minute walk down to the village's buzzy restaurants- quite a steep climb back home but it got easier! Or only a quick 5 minutes to the local delicious restaurant Dos Amigos to enjoy typical Maderian dishes. Juan was a great host - very responsive and flexible and made us feel completely at home. Sitting in his beautiful garden amongst the banana trees with a book or taking in the splendid sunsets with a glass of wine is a very special experience

The home was even more beautiful than in the photos. There is a large garden that you can walk through and even chickens whose eggs you can have for meals. It is an idyllic setting overlooking the town and beach. Catia and Juan were extremely friendly and helpful. I hope to stay with them again sometime in the future and recommend their property to anyone.

Exceptionally well equipped apartment , very comfortable. Great hosts very friendly and hospitable lots of lovely welcome gifts ,great wine. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others and would love to return for a longer visit.

Casa 4 was a paradise for us!

Sublime in every way!Casa was cosy, very well equiped . You can see Tender Loving Care every where!Fantastic garden with fresh herbs, vegetables and eggs which we could use! Brilliant view!Lovely tenants!

Sehr schöne Lage mit diversen Möglichkeiten sonnig oder schattig im Freien zu sitzen. Gut und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, so das man sich gleich gut aufgenommen fühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. In einer schwierigen Situation ( Unfall ) standen Sie uns sehr unterstützend zur Seite. Das war nicht selbstverständlich sondern gelebte Gastfreundschaft. Danke dafür. Gabi und Hans

gemütliche Oase mit grandioser Aussicht

Diese Wohnung ist ein gepflegtes Schmuckstück in bester Lage. Die Eigentümer sind überaus freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Der Wohnbereich gemütlich, das Bad hat eine gute Größe und das Schlafzimmer ist ruhig und die Betten sehr gut. Die ruhige Aussenterasse mit Bananenpflanzen und einer Weinlaube ergänzen die Wohnung perfekt.Bei unserem nächste Aufenthalt werden wir unbedingt diese Unterkunft wieder wählen.
