O imovel é excelente em termos de espaço interior e exterior, permitindo usufruir de ambos os espaços com total liberdade. O imovel dispõe de todas as condiçoes de acomodação, permitindo umas ferias sem qualque transtorno. Localização privelegida com acesso facilitado a ecovias, e a varias vilas/cidades: Ponte de Lima, Ponte da Barca, Viana do Castelo, etc. O espaço é ainda banhado pelo silencio e sons naturais da Natureza.
