A restored historic watermill, part of a 2-hectare farm, bordered by the Labruja River—a tributary of the Lima River—and located about 400 metres from the centre of the town of Ponte de Lima.
A very peaceful estate with a beautiful garden, featuring a variety of tree species, walking paths along the river, and shaded areas.
It borders the Caminho das Tojeiras, a major section of the Camino de Santiago.

The property
The house and estate are exclusively for guests, with the only visitors being a few local fishermen and gardeners who tend to the outdoor areas.
Despite its short distance from the town of Ponte de Lima, the estate offers excellent conditions for rest and seclusion.
The house features a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and has 4 bedrooms: the Tower bedroom with a double bed, a small sitting area, and a full bathroom; a double bedroom with a full bathroom and a sitting area where an extra bed can be added; a double bedroom with a full bathroom; and a bedroom with a single bed on the lower floor of the tower, with a bathroom featuring a shower.
The house features a large swimming pool set in a beautiful landscaped area with a lawn and shaded spots for reading and relaxing.
Outdoors, the house also has a seating area for meals, complete with a charcoal grill and a traditional wood-fired oven.
The Labruja River, with its clear waters and renowned for its beauty, offers swimming in a small waterfall right next to the house.
Special attention must be paid to the safety of young children due to the river’s proximity to the house. The first-floor living room itself, with its large windows, requires extra caution.
