Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. La casa di Emilio si trova vicinissimo a Padova ma ha la quiete e la tranquillità che non si trovano in città. I mezzi sono a 5 minuti a piedi. Supermercato, posta, bar e ristoranti facilmente raggiungibili. Ideale anche per manager e lavoratori che devono spendere qualche giorno in città ma che vogliono comodità, libertà e vicinanza all’autostrada. L’appartamento è animal friendly. I vostri amici a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti

Gli ospiti avranno a disposizione l’intero appartamento e lo spazio auto interno. Il giardino è in comune con l’altro unico appartamento del piccolo condominio dove abita mia sorella.

Io sarò a disposizione il più possibile limitatamente ai miei orari di lavoro. Al telefono sempre raggiungibile.

Atmosfera tipica di quartiere di paese. Case, palazzine caratterizzano la via. Tranquillità e quiete regnano sovrane.

L’auto è il mezzo migliore per muoversi ma a piedi sono raggiungibili alcuni negozi, bar, piccolo alimentari e le poste. Supermercati 15 minuti a piedi. La fermata del bus è a 5 minuti. Il centro di Padova è a 5 km raggiungibile sia in auto che in bus.

“la casa di Emilio” è un appartamento che ho ereditato dalla zia e che ho dedicato al mio cane Emilio. Ha quindi un grande valore e chiedo a tutti gli ospiti di portate rispetto per ogni suo angolo. Si chiede inoltre di togliere le scarpe fuori dalla porta ed entrare con ciabatte o scalzi.
E' severamente vietato fumare.
