Awesome water pressure in the shower is the highlight. Good area close to everything. Room is outdated, really squeaky and soft mattress, no a/c or heating working in May, room smelled of hospital.

Worst hotel in my whole Portugal trip!

The room didn’t look clean, the bathroom noise from other bathrooms was so loud all day and night, the beds are hard old and uncomfortable , I tried to pay my room and they had already charged the card I was holding the reservation with, with no authorization, and they didn’t returned the money, the garage parking is so uncomfortable, big cars don’t fit, the receptionist has no customer service tact and the breakfast is poor.

Very good location, the property is very clean and staff were friendly. Only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is not really a buffet, very limited options.

The staff was the best; pleasant and helpful, but the facility is very outdated and depressing. The location is also rather dim. I would not recommend anyone to stay there unless money is an issue. The rate was very reasonable, though.

Really good detour from the Camino

A detour from my Camino to SdeC. Worth every extra kilometre! Wonderful ... and there is a short cut back onto the Camino that misses out a high-ish hill walk! Wonderful. Would definitely go again - just for the break. Close to Vigo as well - Ryanair flight!

Very nice!

Totally new hotel. Very clean, next to the old part of the city. Very nice and helpfull staff. Free parking nearby. We will repeat our stay at Room when we go back to Pontevedra.
