Loved Pontresina - very walkable, had a great stay. This hotel is centrally located and very quaint. Staff were excellent. We arrived late, they called to check on us and offered to pick us up from the train station. Breakfast was excellent and we had a nice drink on their back patio in the evening. Overall, excellent accommodation.

The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly (and multilingual). The free wifi was fast and secured. Breakfast simple but more than sufficient. Would not hesitate to come again.

Beautiful Pontresina!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Pontresina. A really nice mix of classic and modern touches here. Very helpful front desk staff. The restaurant is nice but a bit stuffy/expensive and service was not particularly friendly.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. We checked in early so we could take advantage of the Engadin discount card that included the chair lift to Alp Languard. When we returned to the hotel, they had already put our suitcases in our room. Also we needed to checkout early to catch the Glacier Express train and the staff came early to allow us to eat breakfast before we left and even drove us to the train station!

Our room was large and clean with a very nice bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. We were given the Engadine guest card which gave us free local travel including mountain railways and lifts. The staff were very helpful!
