We needed a last minute booking in the South of UK. Location was great but arriving in afternoon to a very cold not heated place was not welcoming at all and very uncomfortable. We had no instructions on how to put heating on and could not understand how the thermostats worked. We tried to contact owners but only had a reply the next morning after a very long cold night. Owners were very helpful once we made contact and together we finally managed to get the thermostat to work. It would have been so nice if the thermostats had been working when we arrived as they were in off mode!!
