Your vacation rental is located on the first floor. It comprises, on the same level: a kitchen open to the living room (air conditioning), two bedrooms (one queen-size bed, two single beds that can be combined to form a king-size bed), a bathroom with shower, and a toilet. - Outside: A 40 m² private garden. A private terrace with no overlooking view of the guests. One private parking space on the property. The house includes the owners' second home (on the ground floor) and this gîte (upstairs): each has its own independent entrance and private garden. This accommodation is reserved for leisure guests. Come and discover this charming apartment, just renovated, located on the Côte de Goëlo, ideally located for a seaside holiday. You will reach the Petit Havre beach 2.6 km away from where you can hike on the GR 34. Very pretty panoramas in perspective. Nearby, visit Binic (4.5 km), a very lively and popular resort for its marina, its quays lined with restaurants, its seawater swimming pool. Continue towards St Quay Portrieux (11 km), another beautiful seaside resort with its fishing and marinas, its casino. Plérin with its large Rosaires beach (8 km) and Saint Brieuc with its half-timbered houses, its Légué port (10 km) will also be stopovers not to be missed.
