Ten of us stayed
We found the House quite Satisfactory, for the 10 of us which is quite a number to stay in any dwelling. For us it was only an overnight bunkup, as we spent all day at our activity. I noticed and appreciated the wire hangars over a lot of the door; so many motels etc just have nowhere to hang clothes etc. The closest we had to a complaint was the lack of a handrail on the stairway, one of our team is on crutches and the other struggles with steps and stairs, the outside steps were too big for her so she used the stairs inside, we were all quite cautious on the stairway and would have felt much safer with a handrail. Of the ten of us, 7 were over 70yrs old, and I know that's a factor. Overall we are happy to recommend the house, for us it was a bargain.

Not ready for winter
Probably a great summer rental but not ready for winter. No information posted for the heating situation. We arrived at 1 am and it was 2 degrees outside. Owner not available (understandable) which is even a greater reason to have printed instructions. But there were none. Plenty of printed info for summer renters, none for winter. Windows in bathroom would not close. Froze after a long drive to get there.

Check in not so good - The accommodation very good.
Information about check in & check out was confusing. Information about how to access property was given too late or just at check in time. We were 10 people renting the house, arriving at different times and some traveling long distance. The one who arrived first at the property did not have code to key box because the code was sent to me by e-mail just before check in time. I was driving long distance & not checking e-mails while driving. I suggest sending code to key box in the morning of check in day. Surely it is common for people to be traveling/driving on that day & not checking their e-mail.
