Ideally located to enjoy the activities and leisure of the seaside resort, the rental is located in the quiet residence "Les Hauts de la Noëveillard", a privileged holiday location just 600m from the beach with the blue pavilion of "La Noéveillard", the marina, bars and restaurants.



The house has two double rooms upstairs (beds: 140x200). On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a top fridge, filter and capsule coffee makers (Senseo), a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and various kitchen appliances (electric wok, mini chopper...). The dining room-living room has a television and gives access to the terrace with furniture: sun loungers, table for outdoor meals, electric barbecue and awning. A shower room and an independent toilet complete the rental.

For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a washing machine, an additional fridge-freezer, a baby bed and a booster seat are also provided.

The residence gives you access to: a heated swimming pool (open from 15 May to 15 September), tennis courts, boules court, club house with ping-pong tables and a children's play area.

Free parking spaces are available just a stone's throw from your accommodation.
