Très décevant

Points positifs Réactivité des réponses du propriétaire Localisation : proche de la mer et des commerces Procédure d'arrivée et de départ (facile : nous n'avons vu personne donc pas d'état des lieux) Beaucoup d'activités dans la région notamment avec des enfants Points négatifs Route passante devant la maison et donc bruyante les fenêtres ouvertes. En matière d'équipement, pas de table pour manger à 4 à l'intérieur alors que la maison est louée pour 4/5p. Pas de parasol, d'étendoir à linge (utile pour faire sécher les affaires de plage) ni de casserole suffisamment grande pour pour 4 personnes. Les canapés lits n'ont pas de vrai matelas, donc le confort est moyen. 4 ampoules grillées dans le logement. Le niveau de propreté serait correct sans les toiles d'araignées et les araignées, des fourmis à l'intérieur qu'il a fallu chasser et surtout une cuvette de WC pleine de calcaire et de la moisissure sur les parois de la douche. Ces différents points ont été remontés au propriétaire mais sont restés sans réponse. De notre point de vue, le prix devrait être largement revu à la baisse.
