Great apartment, with fantastic view

We stayed there in March - low season. Large, bright, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Decoration has been updated - for the best- since pictures on the VRBO site were taken. We talked, but did not see the owner. very receptive and responding. We did not have a reception session (low season/school holidays), so we had to find a few things by ourselves. Fortunately there is an "how to" manual in the apartment that helped. A bit cold in first days, until we found that a radiator had been turned off... We did not find the pool /sauna advertised on the VRBO site. Maybe it is closed in low season, as they were only 2 apartments occupied while we were there.

A spacious prime location apartment

We enjoyed a very comfortable three-month stay at Mme Lemerle’s Pornichet apartment. The apartment is located across from the beach, at a very convenient distance from Pornichet businesses. The beach views are breathtaking, and the ocean front balcony is amazing for sunny lunches on beautiful days. The apartment is quite spacious, with two bedrooms, two shower rooms, and two water closets, in addition to a well-appointed kitchen, and a large living-dining room area. The dining room can also be closed off, and transformed into a bedroom thanks to a convenient murphy bed. Everything is in good condition and comfortable. The building was very quiet since it was winter. I assume things get a bit livelier in the warmer months. Mme Lemerle was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to discover Pornichet and the rest of the “presqu’île.”

Wonderful holiday rental

Super apartment in a great location with 180 degree view of the pristine beach. Welcomed by charming owner, apartment spacious, well furnished and equipped in a perfect location, right opposite the beach with private parking. Excellent restaurants within a short walk. A great based to explore the Loire and southern Brittany regions. The accommodation is excellent value considering the sought-after location. 5 stars all round

It was not entirely as advertised the owner did not speak the languages advertised she only spoke French the conversation was by way of telephone translation. We have not received any thing from about the return of our deposit?

Very nice, roomy, lovely persition right by the beach.

Very well presented beautifully furnished, parking was good , we had expected a pool which we thought we would share with the other appartments in the block as it said communal pool but it turned out to be the local pool. The owner was a very nice lady .

Property was perfectly situated facing the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and wonderful sandy bay. Apartment bright, clean and tasteful with lots of equipment and perfect for a couple or small family. Lots of fabulous restaurants with quality dishes. If you like sun, walks and chilling out this is for you.

Appartment direkt an der Strandpromenade

Sehr gepflegtes Appartment mit Balkon und großem Wohnbereich und tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Pornichet. Appartment ist vollständig ausgerüstet und sauber. Ideal für Familie mit 4 Personen. Die private Vermieterin ist auf französisch und mit Google Translator sehr bemüht, ein Missverständnis konnte schnell ausgeräumt werden.

Très bonnes vacances à Pornichet

Situation parfaite de l'hébergement qui permet "d'oublier la voiture",de profiter d'une vue idéale sur la baie et de jouir de la grande terrasse sans être trop gêné par la circulation du boulevard en contre-bas. Bel appartement ,spacieux ,très correctement équipé. Seuls bémols:le lit escamotable dans la salle à manger un peu encombrant et l'absence de piscine privative. Au total:excellent séjour quoiqu'il en soit

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Appartement très lumineux avec magnifique vue sur la baie, propre et bien agencé avec tout le nécessaire et même plus pour qu'on y passe de bonnes vacances. La place de parking est un atout (indispensable!) Situation idéale pour profiter du coucher de soleil sur le balcon terrasse Les chambres sont situées à l'arrière donc au calme.

Cette location a totalement répondu à nos attentes.Logement bien situé entre gare et commerces , nous avons profité des plaisirs de cette station estivale très active qu'est Pornichet ( à noter une halle aux poissons remarquable). De même l'appartement 100% vue mer (pour les pièces à vivre) offre une vue panoramique exceptionnelle.Les chambres sont au calme coté cour soleil levant Parking idem. Les équipements intérieurs sont complets et sans reproche La literie très bonne. L’accès à la plage direct. C'est donc un séjour réussi et le soleil était de la fête accompagné de la convivialité de Madame Lemerle la propriétaire. Georges & Annie F.K.
