It works!

Perfectly adequate, but small, room. Breakfast and office across the street. Location is a little tricky to get to.

Smoke free room but reeked of cigarette smoke. There was water standing in the bathtub when I arrived. I stepped on two slivers of glass in different parts of the room and was glad I had tweezers in my bag. Ended up leaving at 2:30 in the morning because of the cigarette smell. Would not stay here again.

This spot is good value for money . It hadn’t had the heating on before I arrived but I soon found the controls and it began to heat up and become comfortable very quickly 👍 My particular need is ‘weight’ on the bed . There was only a very nice, but lightweight, linen type cover so I used the 2 bath towels as a ‘ blanket on top of the bed and it worked perfectly .. The breakfast was terrific and coffee beyond excellent !! Thanks so much 👍👍

Needs drywall repair and brought up to date. The pink and green bathroom was shocking. It was a nice place, needs better house keeping. Found hair in the bed near my feet and in the spare sheets. Ant also appeared on the floor and walls near the trashcan and dining table.

The hotel was clean we had old go back. My only suggestion would be to the bottom trim on the door up. It lets in a lot cold weather. Had to put one of my blankets in front of the door.

Well located! The only thing that would have been great would be having a big sign next to the rooms in order to know where the office was. It took me 10min to find the office because it was inside another motel across the street, different from the address on the GPS. Room was pretty clean but very old.

Worst accommodation yet.

We’re not expecting a luxurious stay. We requested for non-smoking, pet friendly and a queen size bed. We got a double size bed; mattress was too firm and the room smell like cigarettes. Our worst stay so far.

Upgrade!

The Uptown is owned by the same people that own the Quality Inn across the street. When I checked in the desk service offered me a manager's special and upgraded me from the Uptown Inn to the Quality Inn. Much better heater and shower for sure. Also was able to easily sign up for Choice Rewards program before checking out.

Confusing check-in but great stay

Arrival was confusing -- checkin is actually across the street at the Quality Inn. But once we figured that out, everything was great. They upgraded us to a King room at the Quality Inn so I can't actually speak to the Uptown Inn, but great experience overall after checkin.
