This place is out of town a few miles. Was very well set up for all your needs. Everything worked, well equipped. The jacuzzi was great. I was pleasantly surprised at how interesting this place was. I was able to play my flute overlooking the bluff without disturbing neighbors.
What a beautiful property with great views, cozy vibes and great service. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend!
Amazing stay, I will say the only thing that hurt it was the fact you can hear very clearly everyone single other conversation happening in the other rooms!
We truly enjoyed this clean, woodsy home overlooking the Strait San Juan de Fuca. Port Angeles in view a few miles away, Victoria across the straight. Hot tub was a nice touch--from whic we could see the Perseod meteor shower!
The Cedar Lodge was beautiful and very comfortable. Two nice bathrooms, a comfortable bed, and a clean kitchen with all the supplies you may need to cook. They had a great massage chair, a shared hot tub, and a beautiful campfire view right on the edge of the ocean cliffs.
There’s a few other properties nearby so you have privacy without being in the middle of nowhere.
The hosts are very responsive and left a nice booklet of ‘things to do’ from the locals perspective, which made planning the day much easier.
We booked the Woodland Bluff Lodge for our elopement and the entire area was WONDERFUL. The beautiful deck with a perfect view of the Pacific and an area to have a bonfire, with a hot tub near by to soak in the views. The home was clean, cozy and stocked with ample amounts of warm blankets and pillows! There was everything you could think of that one may need, and then some. The thoughtfulness of the lodge owners was such a highlight. We will be booking again!
A lot of thoughtfulness and care went into this vacation home. The owners were very quick and helpful when I texted questions. The property was beautiful, the views breath-taking, and the living accomodations comfortable and cozy without being too kitschy. Nice hot tub and massage chair. Comfortable bed.
It is about a 15 minute drive to the nearest store/restaurant, but the kitchenette had everything one would need to make a small meal for 2 people, including condiments and spices.
Con: the walls are a little thin but a lot of effort was made to minimize noise, including comfortable slippers and ear plugs.
Highly recommend! It was the perfect place for a quick get-away on the Olympic Penninsula.
This was a show stopping accommodation. I was blown away. Details, comfort, top notch. The noise from the other rooms, however, was extremely noticeable. We could hear whole conversations, coughing, walking and music from our neighbors- which was a bummer and shame. I hope the sound proofing happens because this place is a gem otherwise.
What a wonderful gem! The inside looks as beautiful as the pics, but what I wasn’t expecting was how stunning the views were outside. We stayed in the Meadow room and could see the water and Canada from the living room! There’s also a table set up right next to the bluffs where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The hot tub was excellent for post-hike relaxation and the setting is so peaceful and beautiful. The unit also had a massage chair and was very thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen has a coffee machine, microwave and air fryer and there is a grill outside. We typically try to get out first thing in the morning to get to the national park but the setting was so beautiful here one morning we just relaxed at the cabin! The only thing to note is that this location is about 20 mins south of port Angeles (I.e., 20 minutes away from the park) but I thought the extra drive was well worth it for this slice of paradise :) As noted the walls are thin but our neighbors were not around a ton so we didn’t notice it much.
This was a perfect spot if you want to disconnect. The views were perfect, you had the sunrise and sunset from a walking distance. You can actually see Canada from a distance which I took the ferry located in Port Angles.
The cabin was gorgeous, I didn't care for the big black ants but it comes with the territory. The walls and floors are thin, so you can hear foot steps and conversations but it wasn't horrible.
I am definitely planning to visit again!!!
The Meadow cabin is gorgeous! The Baileys(owners) did an amazing job with decorating, decor, little essentials such as toothbrushes, face masks, the massage chair was Devine and the view was stunning. Robes, slippers and all the little touches were appreciated!
Cons: Their are two other cabins all connected and the people that were in the other cabins were very loud when it was supposed to be quiet time. Very thin walls you could hear what they were saying. If there weren’t anyone in the other cabins it would have been wonderful. They do provide ear plugs and sound soother but did help much. They were noisy until 2:30 am
