As you make your way to the centrally located neighborhood, you will fall in love with the house having direct access to the beach. Sit back and enjoy the spectacular ocean views and gulf breeze from the porch, then stroll a short walk to the sandy beach.

After an afternoon in the waves, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and then soak in the hot tub. Let the warm water fill the space around you, slow your breathing and take it all in. A self-care overindulgence which will melt your stress away.

Make your way up to the entry where you will be greeted by open concept living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings for all your guests to gather and enjoy. The nautical living room brings the feel of fishing boats navigating the subtle tones of the ocean. It offers comfortable seating for all sailors to watch their favorite shows or play with all kinds of board games for a family fun night.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for your stay including all new appliances large and small. The dining area has a beautiful custom-built table that seats 10 with additional seating for 4 more at the countertop kitchen.

Three majestically adventure-inspired bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for up to 14 guests. All the bedrooms have pillow top mattresses for a good night’s rest, flat screen smart TV’s, iphone clock / charging stations, and luggage racks in each closet.

SURF MASTER
This spacious master with an ensuite bathroom, garden tub and standalone tiled shower will transport you to a beautiful sunny day where you will catch the first wave of your stay. This surf style decorated room features a king size bed with a surfboard headboard as a focal point. Your stress will be swept away. You’ll recharge your batteries, and the waves will leave you craving for more.

SCUBA TWIN
After your initial dive into this undersea world, you’ll settle down on two queen size beds which look to be the perfect exploration craft for your next adventure. Almost immediately, your gaze comes into view of a school of fishes swimming around a hinged porthole. Can’t help but surrender to the sanctuary beneath the surface.

SQUAD WATCH
This outpost quarters 4 full size custom-built bunk beds to comfortably accommodate 8 guests, adults or children. This lifeguard inspired room may be everyone’s favorite.. Once the blow down is called, the squad returns to reload and be rescue-ready for the next adventure.

A large entertainment area downstairs is the perfect place for outside gatherings, including a shower, picnic table, tiki bar, cornhole boards, gas and charcoal grills, patio poly Adirondack chairs and private parking for 3-6 cars.

Other Things to Note:

Please read through and ensure you agree to everything in the ***SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT and ADDENDUM A - RENTAL RULES*** in the House Rules section. This is important to keep you safe and informed.

❈ If you are planning a drunken party, please choose a different location. We have some full-time resident neighbors. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

❈ Person booking must be at least 24 years old and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform.

❈ Dogs are never allowed on furniture or in beds. If your dog is allowed to get on your bed and on your furniture, they probably won't be a good fit for our property. Dogs are also never to be left at the home unattended unless they are in a crate that you provide.

❈ The spa gets serviced after each guest. Even if the water is fully drained, sand stays in the lines and shoots out when the jets run. We wanted to note that there will always be some sand in the spa.

The spa may take 6-8 hours to heat up to 99+ degrees with the cover on. Our cleaners set it to 90 degrees after each reservation. We find that many guests even prefer to keep the spa at around 90 degrees on hot summer days.

The sun in the afternoon will increase the temperature of the spa by 3-5 degrees above the set point. If you leave the spa set to 100 degrees during the day and the sun heats the water to 105 degrees or above, the spa will shut down automatically for your safety, and it will be unusable.
