It’s your time to Take It Easy on the Beach! New in 2024, this BEACHFRONT beauty is ready for your next coastal getaway. Best location on the quieter end of Bolivar Peninsula in Gilchrist, this 5/4 spacious beach home offers the very best setting for your family’s next vacation! The house is one mile east of the new 900’ fishing pier at Rollover Pass, which is scheduled to open in 2026. The beach and the Gulf are at your feet; the area’s best shelling and wildlife viewing are here!

This retreat offers the perfect set-up for up to 18 ppl and large families. On the main level, you'll find 3 King bedrooms, a bunkroom and 3 full bathrooms. On the upper level is the kids' loft w foosball table and attached full bathroom. Every bedroom features its own large smart TV.

The wrap around deck is perfect for morning coffee, evening beverages and everything in between. There's lots of outdoor furniture including captain-style chairs, high tables, low tables and loungers. Safety gate at top of outdoor stairs. The views are amazing: sunrises, sand and surf, dolphins, bird watching, shelling, shore fishing.

On the lower level, enjoy the hot-tub any time of day and the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Basketball goal w ball, beach umbrella. Other amenities include full-size washer and dryer, parking for 8 vehicles, outdoor cargo lift for your heaviest items. Note: cargo lift is perfect for coolers, suitcases etc. Lift is not safety rated for people or pets.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful beach home. The host was very responsive to our needs. We were 9 people and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations. We especially liked the front deck overlooking the Gulf. If we ever return to Gilchrist, we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice and spacious beach home.

This was our third house to rent this year and will be the only house we rent in the future if still available. The top deck seats 22 people and the lower deck with a hot tub seats 14 people. Very spacious and comfortable through out the house. The owners have went above and beyond to make sure you have a very modern comfortable stay.

Fantastic Homr

Everything was perfect! Jennifer is a great host. She sent all the information we would need before we arrived. After we checked in to her home she reached out to make sure everything was as expected. The home is beautiful and has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Everyone in our family is ready to go back and stay in this home again.

Communication couldn’t be better

We were supposed to stay here but Hurricane Beryl had other plans. The hostess communicated so well with us through the week and immediately refunded us our money once we realized power would be out the majority of the stay. We will not have to look any further for a Crystal Beach rental in the future, this is our place!

Family Getaway

Our family loved this beautiful home! The decor alone gives you all the beachy feelings. The views and wrap around porch were great for hanging out and eating. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Our kiddos had a blast playing in the sand. We rented a tent, chairs and umbrella from a vendor - great decision and great service. The area was well patrolled so no safety concerns. The house provided great features from the pod coffee maker in addition to the regular coffee maker to all of the cookware. I would not hesitate one moment to reserve the house again. Jennifer and Mark were wonderful and always quick to respond. You can tell they take great pride in their rental and rightly so. Pura Vida!
