Welcome to Pooldreamz, a luxury beachfront mansion designed for unforgettable group getaways, weddings, and family retreats. This recently remodeled, multi-million dollar home sleeps up to 24 guests and sits directly on the beach with unobstructed Gulf views, private beach access, and an extra lot next door for ample parking.

The home is built for both comfort and entertaining, with two spacious living rooms, 75-inch smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped for large group meals. You’ll also have two ice makers, two sets of washers and dryers, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.

Sleeping arrangements include 5 bedrooms and 12 total beds. There are 4 king bedrooms, including 2 king master en suite bedrooms, plus a large en suite bunk room with 8 queen beds. Every bedroom includes a 55-inch smart TV.

Upstairs, the game room/bedroom offers amazing ocean views, a 75-inch smart TV, mini fridge, pool table, arcade game table, and fitness equipment including a treadmill, dumbbells, yoga mat, jump rope, and an ab roller. There is also a desk and chair in a main-level bedroom for guests who need a workspace during their stay.

Outside is where Pooldreamz really stands out. The private backyard features a heated and cooled saltwater pool overlooking the ocean, complete with a removable volleyball net, basketball hoop, and lockable safety gates. You can relax in the hot tub on the main deck, gather around the large firepit with seating for 15, or enjoy the fully fenced yard with a playground, mini putt-putt golf, and direct private beach access.

Under the home, guests will find a large outdoor entertainment area featuring a 55-inch TV, Wi-Fi Alexa speaker, ping pong table, cornhole (bags), washers game, ladder toss, mini fridge, outdoor fans, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. The fenced yard is great for both privacy and pets, and the landscaping with palm trees gives the space a true beachfront-resort feel.

Additional features include a cargo lift for easy transport of luggage and added accessibility, fast Starlink internet, smart Alexa speakers throughout, furnished decks for lounging, and two outdoor gas grills for cooking.

Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire property, including the home, backyard, and all amenities. Enjoy full use of the heated/cooled pool, hot tub, game room, and direct private beach access. The home also features a cargo lift for easy transport of luggage and groceries, ideal for added convenience and accessibility. An extra lot next door provides ample parking for large groups.

While we are not on-site during your stay, our team is always available via phone, text, or the booking app and responds quickly to any questions or needs. Event Fees:

Starter Supplies:
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) is provided. For longer stays or larger groups, we recommend bringing additional supplies.

Security:
For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are disarmed during guest stays, and there are no cameras inside the home.

After booking, a rental agreement will need to be signed. A $500 security deposit is due immediately after booking and is refunded within 48 hours of checkout if nothing is broken, damaged, or missing.
