The home sits between the Gulf, Galveston Bay, and the Intracoastal Waterway, giving the area a wide‑open coastal feel with natural wetlands, bird activity, and occasional barge traffic. Guests love the calm, uncrowded setting and the slower pace that makes this part of the peninsula so relaxing.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable layout with an open living area, well‑equipped kitchen, and Roku TV for easy streaming. The cozy design makes it easy to settle in and unwind, and the single bedroom provides a quiet, comfortable space for couples or small families.

Please note: the home is elevated and requires climbing 28 stairs to reach the main level.

Guest Requirements
Guests must be 25+ and staying for the entire reservation. Only registered guests are allowed unless approved in advance.

Parties & Behavior
No unapproved parties or events. Please respect the neighbors at all times. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal with no refund.

Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval and must stay off all furniture. Please clean up after pets and keep them supervised at all times.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

Safety
Follow all safety guidelines and supervise children on decks and stairs. Use only the top lock when entering.

Trash & Cleanliness
Bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bins.
If the outdoor trash cans are full, leave tied bags inside the house so critters don’t get into them.
Rinse off sand at the outside shower before coming inside.

Checkout
Before leaving, tidy up, remove trash, rinse off sand outside, and make sure you have all personal items.
