Welcome to Egret Escape, a bright and comfortable 4‑bedroom, 2‑bath home located in town on a quiet dead‑end street with no through‑traffic. The home sits right next door to our Beach Bum property, making it an excellent choice for families or groups traveling together who want the convenience of booking side‑by‑side homes.

Inside, the open‑concept living area is warm and inviting, with plenty of seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and both a K‑Cup and drip coffee maker. Fast Wi‑Fi and Roku TV make it easy to unwind or stream your favorite shows.

Egret Escape includes four comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer for guest use. The exterior is well lit, including the ground level, stairs, and both decks, making evening arrivals simple and safe. A safety gate is installed at the top of the deck stairs for added peace of mind.

Outdoor spaces include a fenced yard, front and rear decks, and parking under the home. A small charcoal grill is available on the ground level only (no grills on decks). Because the home is elevated, you may feel slight movement during strong coastal winds — completely normal for houses built on pilings.

Egret Escape offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort: close to restaurants, shops, and beach access, yet tucked away on a quiet street. And with Beach Bum right next door, it’s an excellent option for multi‑family vacations, reunions, or groups wanting to stay close together while enjoying their own space.

General
Guest booking must be 25+ and staying for the entire reservation

Maximum occupancy: 10 guests

No parties, events, or large gatherings

No smoking or vaping inside the home

Any disruptive or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the property

Pets
Pets must be approved in advance. The back yard is fenced on all sides with a latching gate, so you can let the dogs out the door and they can`t get away from you.

No pets on furniture or beds

Pick up all pet waste in the yard

Additional cleaning for pets or excessive trash is $150

Quiet Hours
10 PM – 8 AM

Please be respectful of neighbors

Outdoor Areas
Ground floor is well lit, with overhead stair lights and front/rear deck lighting — let us know if anything isn’t working

Safety gate installed on the deck at the top of the stairs

No grills or fires on any deck

Small charcoal grill available on the ground level only (bring your own charcoal)

Safety
No open flames inside the home

Do not tamper with smoke detectors or AC units

Children must be supervised on decks, stairs, and in the fenced yard

Remove all trash and place in outdoor bins

Wash used dishes or start the dishwasher

Damage & Cleanliness
Report any damage immediately
