Relax in a pristine environment with the assurance of cleanliness. We meticulously launder ALL used bedding after each visit, ensuring a fresh and hygienic atmosphere. Check our listing for full bed and bath configurations. Sleeping occupancy MAX is 10.
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): Sleeps 2, One king bed, en-suite, blackout drapes, Smart TV & closet with access to deck and ocean views.
• Bedroom 2 (Second Primary): Sleeps 4, Two king beds, en-suite, blackout drapes, Smart TV & closet with access to deck and ocean views.
• Bedroom 3 (Ground Level Suite): Sleeps 4, Two queen beds, en-suite, room darkening shades, Smart TV & chest of drawers and picturesque windows with ocean views. The suite is equipped with a split level HVAC system along with a dehumidifier for added guest comfort. **IMPORTANT: There is zero access from the main level of the home to this guest quarters. This guest quarters suite is located ground level and is attached to the home but has a private entrance on the ground level. Excellent for privacy, families or accessibility. Looking for an intimate setting to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, retreat or wedding and would like to have additional day guests? If you intend to host day visitors and anticipate surpassing the MAX SLEEPING occupancy of the home at any given time, categorizing your gathering as an "LARGE GATHERING," you must adhere to LARGE GATHERING OBLIGATIONS:
• To proceed with your special large gathering request, a mandatory signed LARGE GATHERING CONTRACT, distinct from the Rental Agreement, is necessary. A non-refundable event fee of $600 applies.
• The total guest count, encompassing both day and overnight guests, should not exceed 28 guests—no exceptions. You will be asked how many of your guests meet the minimum renting age of 25 years.
• Accommodating the maximum occupancy requires a completed contract for additional external commodes. We are available to assist with arrangements through a rental company.
• Septic: In light of septic system limitations, surpassing the maximum occupancy mandates additional restrooms. Violation of this policy may lead to fines and responsibility for septic system damage. Damages to the septic system are not covered by insurance.
• Please note that the home is not designed for extensive indoor large gatherings. In case of inclement weather, consider alternative arrangements. Outdoor gatherings require a contingency plan for inclement weather such as a tent or restaurant reservation. We are available to assist with arrangements through a rental company.
• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Street parking is monitored and restricted.
Exceeding occupancy without an LARGE GATHERING CONTRACT, grants us the authority to promptly terminate the Rental Agreement, escort you off-premises, and issue no refunds. SUPERVISED YOUTH RESERVATIONS AND EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COINCIDE.

FUR FAMILY (DOGS ONLY & must be APPROVED) Up to 2 Dogs are allowed. All travelers are required to add the dogs while entering occupancy on the booking platform for full reservation total transparency. Contact us to add on the 2nd dog once your booking is confirmed as some booking platforms have quantity limitations.
• Must be fully house trained & must completely be cleaned up after.
• Leashed at all times when outdoors.
• Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding.
• Should excessive barking occur during your stay, please make alternative arrangements.

Perfect Stay — Exceeded All Expectations!

From the moment we booked this VRBO, everything was exceptional. The property was spotlessly clean — not a speck of dust or a detail overlooked. You could tell the owners take tremendous pride in offering a top-tier experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was perfectly stocked, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared for guests.The location was unbeatable — close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. Whether we wanted to explore, relax, or just enjoy a quiet evening in, it truly felt like a home away from home.But what really made this stay stand out was the outstanding communication with the property manager. They were warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Every question was answered quickly, and they made the whole process effortless and stress-free.This was hands-down one of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re already talking about coming back. Best Beach House Ever

My Wife and I spent 4 nights at this wonderful beach house. Has every thing you need. The Big Store grocery was just up the street for any food items as well as fishing equipment. Plenty of room for a large family, games, large TV’s in every bedroom, huge relaxing deck in front to watch all the folks and traffic on beach. We will return here again later this year and next. Rent this place, you won’t be disappointed!

Family trip to Crystal Beach

We spent about 5 days at the property. The location is right on the beach with easy beach access. Driving is allowed on Texas beaches (I did not know this). So just be aware. The property was clean, organized and fairly well stocked to get us started. Some of the furniture shows signs of wear and the floor (wood laminate) buckles in several places. The kitchen is well stocked (even has a panini press!). The A/C worked great. The beds and bathrooms were terrific… nice mattresses and large bathrooms. Very nice TVs, nice selection of board games, etc. we really loved the house but the driving on the beach and the off-putting political signs on the vehicles did not sit well with us. We would likely visit again during the week (rather than on the weekend) when the beach is much less crowded.

Perfect view, perfect house

This house is amazing!!!!! Great open floor plan with an awesome island and very well stocked with kitchen utensils and supplies. There’s a separate ice machine in the island so no trips to go buy ice. The bedrooms are setup on either side of the house and a separate suite on the ground floor of the house do everyone can have privacy. The hallway bathroom has a shower in it so there’s plenty of bathrooms and showers for everyone!!! The outdoor deck is amazing and is fully furnished with all kinds of patio furniture and there’s still room for people to mix and mingle. The view is amazing and is truly BEACHFRONT and UNOBSTRUCTED!!! The private walkover to the beach was so cute and is lit at night. The yard is NOT fenced so if you have pets that like to stretch their legs and run, you might need to take that into consideration. The management team were great and texted us everyday to see if everything was going well and if we needed anything. If you are going to be a larger group, the parking is MAX 4 cars. It’s in a neighborhood so it was quiet while we were there but not sure the noise level at the height of the summer. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Incredible stay

From booking to checkout, maybe the best communicative and attentive hosts we had. Did everything possible to make our stay the most comfortable and memorable. Just amazing hosts. Excellent property. Everything you need is there and house was neat and clean. It was nice to be ocean front and can’t beat the view but the nights are noisy due to traffic on the beach with golf carts , etc

Fantastic house!

Our stay at this house way awesome. The house was beautiful and was fully stocked with everything we could need and more. The location was awesome, we sat out on the deck a lot and enjoyed the view. The bedroom with 2 queens was downstairs separate from the upstairs which worked out good for our 2 teenage girls. The 2 upstairs bedrooms with both master suites with kind beds and great views of the beach. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
