Beautiful home/location BUT…

This home was stunning and perfect location (block to beach, block to bay) BUT when we arrived, the linen service had all bedding and towels in kitchen in laundry bags… wrapped… we had to make beds and put out all towels basically set the house up for our own stay. There was also no toiletries or even hand soap in bathrooms. There was no complimentary k-cups for coffee, creamer, sugar - nothing. The home was beautiful it’s obvious this isn’t a vacation rental intentionality bc there was nothing welcoming. I think they’re just renting it out while it’s on the market for sale.
