Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping and food. Sherri did an awesome job communicating with us. Plan to stay again!

Lack of communication

Had to wait to check in as the last people caused damage and the facility need to fix it. 3 days after checking in the grounds person and key holder showed up at 7:30pm to install front window screen which had to come in to get into garage for tools. They were unable to install screen and left. Saturday at 10am grounds guy showed up and was grinding the window so the screen would fit. At no time did the facility let us know that they needed to fix the screen window and at what time they would be there to fix it. Very poor communication, they could have given a heads up on the screen issue. Facility requires you to clean the house at the end of stay but the house lacked adequate supplies. Had to buy some cleaning supplies to make sure house was clean. I would recommend bring own supplies if able to. Other than these issues the place was not to bad.

Great pool on the lake

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Lisa, the manager and Boris, the owner were very helpful when I needed anything. The pool was wonderful and having a laundry room available was very convenient.

Nice, quiet, comfy and private. The neighborhood was nice and everything was within driving distance. Staff were excellent and profession would recommend. Also note if you have a preference the bed in the master is a firm memory foam which I prefer. Would highly recommend

Very nice house in super quiet area.

Very pleased with our accommodations. Very neat and tidy with all the amenities of home. Hostess was very friendly and attentive. Be prepared to purchase simple consumables, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and groceries. Saved money overall by making some meals at home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Perfect House for a FL Getaway

Took a family vacation to FL and decided to stay in a house rather than a hotel. This house had it all. Perfect size with our own private pool. We were able to cook meals instead of eating out every night. The key holder and maintenance people were super nice and it is in a very nice, very quiet neighborhood. Since we flew into Punta Gorda, this area made sense. Only about 15 minutes from the airport with lots to do in both Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. My only issue with the house was the shower. It went from cold to very hot and back to cold. Hard to take a hot shower but I did address this with management and I'm sure it won't be a problem for the next guest. It really is a great way to spend a vacation and the house was just perfect.

Excellent accommodations. Full house with 2 bedrooms. Two tvs and computer. Extremely clean. Very Quiet neighborhood. Enclosed pool with scenic view. Highly recommended. Wish i could have stayed longer.
