" Breakfast"

Everything was good except for breakfast or lack of I must say. Breakfast consist of debbie cakes, granola bars and coffee. That is it and would've been perfectly fine if we would've known before hand. Besides that everything was fine and was clean which I did appreciate.

You get what you pay for

No Wifi provided, their “provided breakfast” are things from a vending machine. No hot meals. They pay someone to be behind the counter but ask you to checkin on a zoom call with a service from India. For the price, it’s okay.

La ducha estaba tapada, no drenaba el agua, al bañarme el agua se estancada y se acumulaba con jabon y champu, La puerta del baño sonaba al abrir y cerrar como si estuviera trancada, # 221, de resto estaba bien, La señora del lobby muy amable, y las que trabajaban de hiuse keeping tambien.

I booked this room for 2 reasons: 1. Close to the facility where I have to take my NCLEX Nursing board examination, I wanted to make sure I got a good night's rest before I take the test. 2. There was a pool to relax in. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the pool was out of order, and for an unknown reason, I was placed in a handicap room with an adjacent door. My neighbor was playing loud music and singing along, which was disturbing. I informed the front desk, and someone came out to talk to him. There was a brief relief from his miserable whaling, but then he resumed till 11:30. I called the front desk, no answer, went outside in my PJs to talk to someone, and was referred to the kiosk. I was informed, someone would come and check. Nothing happened, I briefly fell asleep and awoke because of a big noise. I called the front desk again, no answer. I heard my neighbor go outside. I asked him politely to stop the music; it was past midnight, and he reeked of marijuana. He nodded and went inside. Music started again, and the whaling continued. I heard the security guard. I told him what was going on, and he spoke to the neighbor. By then, it must have been 1 AM. Around 2:30 AM, I was awoken by a phone call. The security guy called, said he was returning the missed calls from earlier that night. I think I slept maybe 4- 5 hours. There was no breakfast, just snacks, and the orange machine was out of order.

Kelly was very welcoming a accommodating. Plenty of grass for dogs. A few parked cars and people hanging out in the parking lot in the evening and the back is all rocks and dust. Otherwise, good place for people with pets.
