Stayed in December its was great stayed at the end of January and it wasnā€™t the same. The tap water smelled awful for the first few days Other guests in the building were loud banging on doors after 10pm and the ice machines were all out of order.

I can not recommend staying here. Upon arrival I was asked to go to the small area to check in. I didnā€™t see a desk or a person but then a computer started going mamam I can help youā€¦.yes I had to check in with someone talking to me on the computer. Then when we got to our room it was the strongest smelly perfume smell. Went to use the bathroom and the tub looked as if the center was cut out and then repaired. They should be ashamed to even allow anyone to rent this room. We left to grab a bite to eat and when we got back and opened the door that smell hit you like a brickā€¦ it was getting late and decided to make the best of it. It was cooling down for the evening and my husband was messing with the wall heat. It wasnā€™t working. He went to the desk to let them know it wasnā€™t working. He was asked if he wanted a couple of blankets!!! He said no he wanted the heater to work. They finally decided to switch our room. Got him a key for another room and when he opened the door there was someone already in there watching tv. Got another room and did not have that strong smell, heater worked and no large patch in the tub. Better but didnā€™t make up for first room. Breakfast was less thanā€¦ oranges hunts pudding cups breakfast bars it was like what you got during covid. There is no way I could recommend any one staying here. Whole place really needs some major updating!

Very old building and run down. Needs updates. I did not feel safe here. Very noisy and could hear every word from outside and rooms next door. Someone damaged my rental car with two large door dings and full length scratch on passenger side from a suitcase or other item. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Find hotel beds are too high

We stayed here a couple of times the rooms are nice. It was reasonably clean. Our biggest complaint was the bed was so high. I couldnā€™t get in it. Iā€™m 54 and I could not get in the bed without help from my husband or standing on a suitcase. The bed was higher than my waist. I know theyā€™re trying to save their employees backs while changing beds and they should have a stepstool in the rooms. Itā€™s unsafe.

the check in process is horrible. I believe the call center is harvesting credit card data from your guests. The kiosk system is terrible and I will never stay at another facility of such!
