My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. The beds and all the living room furniture were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to stay in and cook a meal. We’ll be staying here again most for our next fishing trip in the area for sure.

Convenient Location

Location worked great for us…..size was great as well. Lanai faces El Jobean/ 776 and is very noisy so if you want an outdoor space that is quiet this isn’t the place. The condo itself is very quiet. You do have to climb stairs to access the condo so if you cannot do stairs, this isn’t the right place for you. Parking was convenient and is covered.

Everything we needed was there. The host was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The best part is that they understand that you are on vacation. There was no ridiculous check out process. We will book this place again.

Nice and affordable

Booked this place with a friend for a quick getaway because it looked nice and was affordable. Condo is was nice and clean. We enjoyed lounging by the pool... very clean. We drove to Manasota Key to see the ocean which was about an easy 25 minute drive. Nice beaches there, very busy so go early to get a spot! Then walked around Punta Gorda another day. Punta Gorda was another 25 minute drive. The walk along the harbor is nice and Fisherman's had cute shops and a few nice restaurants. Good central location to a lot things.

Nice Property - Close To Everything

Great location of the property on the Myakka River, however traffic was a bit noisy at times. Other residents were very helpful and friendly. Condo was cute, comfortable furniture, only a few minor cosmetic issues noticed, nothing that really impacted our stay. Would recommend the host create a “check out” list and post on the fridge as we were unsure about the expectations from us when leaving the property. Would book and stay again if travel takes us back to the area.

Nice condo!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Check in was super easy. The pool is very nice! There is NO hot tub, despite the listing saying there is. Also, the road behind the condo is very busy and very loud. The property is very well kept.
