A fantastic new construction three bedroom, two bath home with two car garage in a quiet neighborhood in Port Charlotte. Fully furnished, fenced yard with all possible amenities including: nice furniture, two car garage, washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, outdoor area, large closets, television, WIFI, central air, dishes, towels, sheets, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, etc... A heated Swim Spas will be a great addition to your stay. We have furnished our Florida home to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I take pride in providing a clean inviting environment for my guests. We live in a quiet friendly neighborhood and yet just minutes from beaches, shopping, dining, dancing, and fun. It is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, golfing, nature preserves & state parks. The sparkling gulf beaches of Boca Grande, Siesta Key & Manasota Key are a short drive away, as is the newly opened North Port Aquatic Center.
We have a park with trails, a dog park and Charlotte Beach Park are less than six miles. Park offers tennis, picnic areas, beaches, fishing, boating, swimming pool, and a boat ramp. Kiwanis park has beautiful canopied trails for walking and biking. It is very lovely and I personally like to go there. The mall is 4 minutes from our home. There are a multitude of restaurants and shopping with in minutes.
The spring training facilities of the Atlanta Braves and the Tampa Bay Rays as well as multiple airports make the area ideal as a travel destination for many.

The host locked us out and took all of our belongings a day before scheduled checkout. Items included computer, important medications, passport, clothes, toiletries and golf travel bags. She only tried contacting me once via email that afternoon while we were golfing. No other attempts were made to contact us. We didn’t get our belongings back until 10pm that night, and we had a 5am departure the next morning. Very very inconvenient

Cute house!

We came into town to celebrate family. The house is a new construction home that's very clean. No issues with the home except I wish the spa was in a screened in patio, the mosquitos aren't friendly. Other than that it's an up to date home with most of the amenities that you will need. The host was very communicative and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home!
