Welcome to your waterfront escape in Port Charlotte, Florida. This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits directly on a saltwater canal with Gulf access, built for boaters, anglers, and anyone who wants the pool, the dock and the sunrise in the same backyard.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The real magic is outside. A massive screened lanai wraps around the heated saltwater pool and spa, so you can swim and soak under the stars year-round. Unwind on the covered patio, complete with a wicker sectional, outdoor dining set, ceiling fans, and lounge chairs — all just steps from the canal's edge.

WATERFRONT AND BOATING
Your private dock and 10,000 lb boat lift are right in the backyard, and the lift is yours to use during your stay. Bring the boat. There is room to park a trailer beside the house. From the dock it is a saltwater canal run out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf, passing under two bridges with 12 feet of clearance. The canal holds roughly six feet of water all the way out to the harbor. Send us your boat's length, beam and draft before you book and we will confirm it is a fit. Fish from the dock, launch a kayak, or run out to the islands for the day.

PARKING AND GARAGE
A one-and-a-half car garage gives you covered parking and a place for rods, coolers and gear, with driveway parking alongside it and a spot beside the house for a boat trailer.

INDOOR LIVING

The en-suite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, shiplap accent wall, marble-top vanity and modern fixtures. The second bedroom has a queen bed, wall-mounted TV, a work desk, and French doors opening straight onto the pool deck, so you can wake up and take a morning swim steps from your bed. The second bathroom has a tub and shower combo, shiplap accent wall and a spacious vanity.

Port Charlotte offers a laid-back Gulf Coast pace with easy reach of beaches, golf, nature preserves, and dining. You are a short drive from Englewood Beach, Boca Grande, and Fishermen's Village, about 35 minutes from Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), and roughly 50 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers.
