This is truly a boaters dream with a boat ramp just around the corner and the property situated directly on a canal leading to the Charlotte Harbor. We have boat slips available very close to the boat ramp for guests that would like to keep their boat in the water during your stay. Loved the location of the house, last house on the street, very quiet, right on the canal and a very relaxing screened in porch to watch the boats go by. Water pressure and temperture are amazing, and the master bed was very comfy. Owners are close by which was a plus for us since it was just me and my son this time so we felt very safe and they are very friendly. Overall, we will stay here again when we come back this way, it fit our needs perfectly.
