Our Great Lake Retreat Villa is situated mere minutes from all Port Clinton activities such as Fishing, Boating, Eats & Drinks, Night Life, Beaches, Lighthouses, Family Fun & more!

Close to: Cedar Point & The Lake Erie Islands (Put In Bay / Kelleys Island ), Marblehead and Port Clinton Lighthouses, Birdwatching and multiple State Parks.


With a mix of Farmhouse Inspiration throughout, we've added some subtle Nautical flare to the home and created Port Clinton's lone Great Lake Escape Pool Home / Villa, and believe the Guest House is a GREAT addition vs. a standard vacation rental. The Guest House allows multiple families to enjoy additional privacy vs. standard rentals, or a place for Mom/Dad or Grandpa/Grandma to either escape from the grandkids....or to simply turn in early.

Gaming System (Nintendo Switch) provides a nice opportunity for young and old to bond, or just something for the kids to do while you plan your day. Bring you own games, or take advantage of what we provide (the games vary).

The home is open concept with the Master Bedroom, Dining Area and Kitchen off the Pool/Patio side of the home. This is very relaxing, providing the kind of views your family hopes for on vacation.

Beds are comfortable and rooms are simple to relax in, with the Queen bedroom in the main home offering leisurely reading options and even a few lotions throughout the year.

Having 2.5 baths across the 2 Living Spaces (Main House + Guest House) provides ample opportunity to prepare for the day, and to refreshen up after a long day enjoying the area, with the privacy everyone expects from home (even while sharing a vacation rental).

The GEM is the Outdoor area. The Dry Dock area (patio) and In ground pool provide SOOOO much room to spread out and enjoy the fun and the sun.

The Guest House is a bonus that cannot be overlooked. It provides a separate living space for any couple in your family. Young or Old, some simply like the seclusion and will enjoy being able to turn in early for the night. Guest home is located just off the pool, and is a full amenity (Full Kitchen / Full Bath ) offering. FULL AC of course in the Guest House as well!

As we head into Season 4.....the property has been a hit!

With your own private pool, the vacation feels like a vacation 24/7, not just when you leave the home!

Home is equipped with the following Surveillance cameras, fully disclosed locations and monitoring areas as agreed by all VRBO Hosts:

2. Ring Floodlight Camera mounted above garage (coverage area includes the main parking area from main parking by the Main Home's garage area, to the road monitoring all vehicles entering the property from the street)
3. Ring Cam mounted outside on the Pool/Patio area (1 ring camera - located at entry point to the back patio on the fence - Cameras positioned to cover the back patio area / pool area and Guest House Entry).

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay - two families with children, plenty of space for everyone and plenty of activities. Property is in a great location to explore Port Clinton and Put-in-Bay. Outdoor space is lovely. Owners were exceptional hosts Strongly recommend and would consider staying if we are in the area in the future.

This was such a great house! It was perfect for our family and the babies. The pool was great and nice that it had a wall around it so perfect for the littles! We celebrated a milestone birthday with friends from Pittsburgh, Hershey, and San Francisco. Loved the main house, guest house, pool, and close proximity to the downtown and Jet Express ferry to Put-In-Bay. A great time had by all. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating.

Steve made it very easy to check in and out. Everything was laid out easily. The home is beautiful. We had a girls weekend and had the best time hanging out together at the house . Enjoyed one night in downtown PC but it was their off season so not much night life. Pool and patio were beautiful!!!!!! They had everything you needed at the house for an enjoyable stay.

Greatly exceeded expectations!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. The property itself is wonderful, but the details are what really made our time special! From the entire outdoor area and the pool, to the amenities inside we were thoroughly impressed. We can’t recommend staying here enough and plan to book again next time we are in the area!

Wonderful Home!

My family had such a great stay at this home. The highlight was the pool, which we used every day. The house was very clean and full of nice touches (several TVs, games, well-equipped kitchen). Communication with Steve & Avery was great too - they were so prompt with their responses and gave us great fishing recommendations in the area. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful spacious home with an in ground pool.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was perfect for our family of eight. It was nice for the teenagers to have their own space. We all enjoyed the pool with comfortable lounges and a patio to eat our meals. The host was very easy to work with and responded quickly. I highly recommend this property.

Great family pool time

Stayed with family, including a 6 yr old and we so enjoyed the crystal clear pool that was large enough for all family flotation devices and for water games. House was clean, organize and well appointed. Lots of pool towels available too
