Room and hotel lobby were clean. There weren't many amenities, but I didn't need any as I was just staying for the night, leaving early in the morning. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Since I left the hotel at 5:00 am, it was too early for breakfast, but the lady at the desk put together a lunch bag for me with a peanut butter and jelly bagel, fruit, and water.

Pleasant best describes our experience with you. The ladies at the front desk were not only helpful - they were so nice my wife and I spent a lot of time talking and laughing. Staff did not seem to be very knowledgeable or motivated. There was no maid service during the stay. Breakfast was not kept replenished. We went down for breakfast at about 8:45 and there were only two pieces of bread left for toast, no syrup for waffles, bacon looked raw. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable.
