Parking for your car is problematic not enough available first in first serve no allocation even if you book a room. The room we stayed in was dated and couch in room was terrible. Musty smell in cupboard under vanity. The water to bathtub is very low pressure.You also get joining the Wyndham Club jammed down your throat at book in.

The staff were great although I was tired after the drive up from Cairns after a working shift, I just wanted to check in and relax after driving 1 hour from Cairns. I loved the tropical and central garden of the hotel. Staff are superb, especially under the pressure of a busy property. My room was perfect. Comfortable, cool, a great shower/tub + all amenities of an apartment (stove, over, half-fridge, dishwasher and laundry). It’s a very family-oriented resort with kids filling the pool most of the day. That’s a light negative for me, perhaps a plus for you! ;)
