Step through the large glass doors on to the timber deck and relax on the outdoor furniture. Cook a BBQ, enjoy a beverage or two and take in the view of the ocean.
Split system air-conditioning on this level.
There is one bedroom upstairs that includes a queen bed, TV, desk and a two-way bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity.
Downstairs
A second living area for the children to rest after a day at the beach or watch a bit of TV and still have a view down the street to the water. Split system air conditioning.
