The house offers high ceilings and a traditional floorplan having all the rooms connected to a central hallway, which includes 2 bedrooms, a separate living room with a gaslog fire, full kitchen with modern appliances, including a Dishwasher and dining space, main bathroom and a laundry with a separate toilet. This property also have a great garden space, with a newly added wooden deck area with outdoor dining furniture and Weber BBQ, also ample space for off street parking and a fire pit. The second bedroom offers versatile bed configuration options, with the 2 single beds able to convert into 1 big king bed and also offer a trundle bed for an extra child @ an additional charge.
