1. Room: the rooms are long overdue for major cosmetic changes. 3rd time using this hotel in 12 months, and every single time, there has been an issue that resulted in changing rooms. 2. Staff are generally good. If some of the staff, you can tell they are either new or inexperienced in the service industry. So much unprofessionalism within this small group, but overall, good. 3. Gym equipments are literally eroding away before our eyes. The entire thing needs to be thrown out and replaced. They need to also provide cleaning materials so that people can wipe the equipments after use.

Our stay was great! The only demerit is that we wasted a lot of food because there is no microwave but we knew that going in so no point deduction for the hotel. The table tennis pads should be upgraded and the ball as well.
