Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Please return my money. I was not reserved. They didn't even know or received my money. I had to pay again for the hotel. The toilet was very very dirty. No toilet seat and no air conditioning system in such heat. I want my money back ASAP
