The fully equipped kitchen includes a Rangemaster oven, induction hob, American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine - ideal for self-catering holidays in Cornwall.
Upstairs, a second living room with a log burner and Sonos system offers a cosy retreat, perfect for watching the waves or enjoying a quiet night in. The house features four spacious bedrooms, the master enjoys sea views and an ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 and 3 can be set up as either and king or twin rooms, and the fourth bedroom offers the same option with an ensuite.
Step outside onto the generous terrace with views out to the Atlantic Ocean, an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets. Enjoy dinner outside with a BBQ, unwind in the electric sauna, or simply enjoy the coastal air from the garden.
There is parking for two cars, plus space for wetsuits and beach gear.
