This Villa is fully furnished with Wi-Fi throughout the house, cable in the living room with a TV, and cable in the master bedroom with a tv. It has an enclosed screened-in patio with outside furniture and a gas grill. The couch is also a Full sofa sleeper. This house sleeps a total of 8 guest . Guest have access to two swimming pools, a professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, a Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. It's quiet, relaxing, and is in a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wildlife preserve.

Great experience
We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had the the essentials for our stay. Our kids had fun playing in the backyard. I’ve had bad experiences with vacation homes but this one met all our expectations. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town.

Great property!!!
Excellent property! Very clean and comfortable. Exactly as shown in the listing. We had a comfortable stay for 4 adults and 2 small children. Only about a 20 minute drive to South Padre Island and the beaches! Highly recommend.
