Perfect for both kayaking and fishing enthusiasts, this prime waterfront location provides everything you need for a perfect getaway.

Relax in the stylish open living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa and four chairs. Make some popcorn and enjoy your favorite shows on the 38-inch cable TV. The modern kitchen is a chef`s dream, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it`s time to eat, gather at the dining table set for four, or enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen bar with seating for two.

This single-story home accommodates up to six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary bedroom offers quiet privacy with a queen bed and a 32-inch cable TV with DVD player. The en suite bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed and cable TV, and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The community also offers a gym, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, an 18-hole golf course, mini golf, billiards, Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, and a fitness room. After a day of activities, unwind at the on-site restaurant.

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to bring your own fuel.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary

Great location

Overall we had a great stay, Brena was on touch before and after our stay to be sure the check-in went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely property, cozy and provided everything we needed to enhance our stay. We had a few issues that I discussed with Brena which were resolved so I would definitely stay here again.
