The hot tub was clean and hot enough but the jets were a little finicky. The Beach Club is just a really old facility but very clean and well maintained for the most part. The beds were VERY comfortable. We are pretty picky about beds and would come back for that alone!

Unfortunately, upon entry into this unit, the very first thing that overwhelmed me was a very obnoxious smell of mildew and wetness. And lots of chemical sense from cleaners, and other things, I tried airing the unit out to no avail in the middle of the night finally discovered the source of all of the smells, and it ends up being damp red bags, full of water and molding inside each closet, so the unit clearly has an issue with humidity and mildew and or mold. Not at all this day I was anticipating.

No Internet for cell phones

The condo was fine and the view was great. The modem would not connect our phones to the internet. Vacasa said someone would come over to fix it but no one did. I called again the next day and the manager said to restart the modem. The written instructions next to the modem said Do Not reset it. We got a very small compensation (25) for no Internet for 2 days.
